Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. The beds were very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs through the mattress. After the added condo fees the price was not worth it. Would have been better to stay in a hotel. And they had no place to store our luggage at check out until our evening flight.

We had a wonderful stay & Woolf he happy to stay again. Yvonne was a gracious host, serving a lovely hot breakfast each morning. I was traveling with my aunt who had some medically related needs and Yvonne made it clear she was there to help, gave us extra supplies and towels and made us feel so very welcome. She also shared her local knowledge of the area. The inn itself was recently redecorated with lovely furnishings, art, and beautiful wallpapers. Our room (Bernard Shaw Room) was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! My aunt and I shared the oversized king that has a memory foam mattress which prevents one from noticing movement of the other - we slept like rocks! The only improvement I might suggest would be better internet connection, but I wasn’t there to work so it was okay. Beautifully done, quaint/updated, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent host!

They gave me an upgraded suite for our one-night stay. Probably the best room I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast served to your room was included, and was excellent. Parking was reasonable for the area, but was a dollar more than I was quoted ($18CAD VS $17CAD). Not a big deal. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Poor housekeeping. No cold water in the room at arrival

When you see the photos at the app it's looks amazing but the reality is terrible the rooms are really dirty and smells ' i tried to use the dryer at the room it's so dirty with a tuft of hair is disgusting ' the stuff the don't know anything about the property ' my room supposed to be at the water view but it's not 'when you go ask the front desk they don't know anything ' for $300 it's not worth at all ' it's the worst experience I had it so far

Very nice hotel in a great location. Close enough to walk to all sorts of activities. Received a complimentary breakfast. Parking was convenient but a little overpriced. Rooms were decent with very comfortable beds. Bathroom was a bit dated.
