Pine River Vacation Packages

Booked a two queen bed in June. Checked in online on the way. Arrived, they had no record of my online check in nor a room left with two beds. Had a king suite left with pull out. Person working has to call the manager in order to put us in the king at the king rate (which was cheaper then two queen). No contact from hotel prior that they needed a room change. Got in the room. Pull out has no blankets. Go to desk for blankets they had one really poor condition blanket, no sheets, no pillows for it. Bathroom smelled like urine. Hot tub closed with no notice. Completely drained empty so don’t come for that.

Everything was great--the room, the pool area, the outside amenities!

It was a quick stay but we have no complaints. The family room was big enough to accommodate my husband and I and our four kids.

It was clean, rooms were large, everything was perfect.

We were in the only room on the 1st floor, noise all night long from the 4 doors (pool, workout room, stairway, and exit door). Mattress was very uncomfortable. There were many dogs, one of which was aggressive. As we were walking down the hallway towards it, it lunged and growled at me. We were billed erroneously for bottled water that was not even in the refrigerator from the onset. Breakfast is marginal at best. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Breakfast was terrible. The only “hot” food was waffles.
