Plattsmouth Vacation Packages

Very nice property. Clean, quiet and convenient. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the WiFi was a bit unstable.

It needs updating which when we were there, it looked like it was progressing.

Stay away from this place. It feels dirty and creepy. I was booked for 2 nights and left after one. I wish I didn’t even stay one night. My room had a funny smell and didn’t appear to be very clean (although linens were crisp and seemed clean). No kleenex or an extra roll of toilet paper provided in the room (isn’t that basic). The laundry facilities were gross (looked very dirty). The breakfast was poor and coffee wasn’t good. Lastly, what bothered me most were a few things I observed that indicated they may have full-time “resident” guests. There was an incident with a visitor of a “guest” trying to break the lock on the washer to steal quarters, there was a drunk guy chatting it up at the front desk that appeared to be staying there (the front desk was chatting away with him happily) and I saw women with a full cart of laundry. Regular travelers don’t usually bring a laundry cart. I don’t usually write any lengthy reviews, but this place was truly terrible.

Staff very helpful. Room key doesn't open door to pool needed to have someone from the front desk open it

This hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the first step inside. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. The downfall was not enough staff. There was always a line at the front desk and no employee in sight. We were also told their parking was full but could see the lot from our room and their were multiple open spots
