Pontotoc Vacation Packages

I was so disappointed in our stay. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when we drive from Texas to Mn and back. But this time will sadly be the last. The room was dirty and I took a shower in the morning only to realize we had no towels in the room except a hand towel. So that was fun trying to dry off with that. Said something to the manager on duty and didn’t even get I’m sorry. He said well you could have called, which I would have if I would have noticed before I was dripping wet from the shower!! Plenty of places in Waco, this is not longer it!

Very nice would definitely stay again

It is a very cute little apartment. The rooms were very clean and neat and it really had enough space for everyone there. The WiFi was great and made it easy to watch football. We highly recommend this place. It was perfect for a quick trip to Belton.

The staff (especially the poor women who had to get us new sheets during the evening) was so nice. I didn't see many of them so I hope they aren't stretched to thin (as someone who was a retail manager I get it but still) I do wish there was better creamer options for coffee and a few different breakfast options. Thank you to all the worked there during our stay

Pictures must be outdate because hotel does not look like the pictures at all. The beds were not comfortable. We had 4 people in the room with only 3 towels. There was conditioner in the shower however the shampoo bottle was missing and the stand it sits on was broken. My grandson killed a spider on the bed at night and I killed a roach in the restroom. I called the front desk to ask for another pillow and they stated that was fine that they had it available, I sent my grandkids down to get it and the man at the front was hassling asking them their mothers name. They gave him the room number and he said he wanted their mothers name. They advised him their mother was not here and he started to get loud with them. They came back to the room and I told them to let them know my name and that I was their grandmother which they did and he told them I am only giving you one pillow because there are 4 in the room. He was rude and no need to do that when I called before hand letting him know I would be sending them down.

First time staying at this location, but not the last. The Hotel is quiet and convenient to many restaurants, shopping and to the Interstate. The staff here are simply wonderful to deal with... Friendly, courteous and eager to make your stay comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious
