I love the location of the hotel and the vibe. It's very bright and close to alot of restaurants. What I am very disappointed of is the pool situation. To charge a person staying at the hotel $100 for a lawn seat AND advising that you have to purchase $100 in food at the pool is ludicrous. Me and my friends basically only soaked our feet.

Excelente habitación y muy buenas atenciones por parte del staff

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

The fitness center was undergoing renovations and unusable, which I did not expect and was disappointing. The pool is only open 8-6 as is the restaurant, which is unusable for someone traveling for business.
