Huge room and very nice staff.

I stayed for 2 nights. The tub drain was surrounded by rust spots, very little water pressure coming out, and the tub just didn’t look clean. The food at breakfast was sparse, the bread stale, the coffee tasted bad, the eggs and other hot meats were not even adequate. No coffee served in the rooms, we had a window that did not open or even with a screen to bring in fresh air. Even though these are expensive things to improve, this is your business. This is a hotel. I’ve spent the same amount of money in other hotels and received better attention to quality and care. By choice or through my business would I not recommend Holiday Inn Express as a decent place to stay.

What I didn't like is that the handicapped room I reserved was "out of service" and they wanted me to have a regular, non handicapped room where I wouldn't be able to shower. The manager and front desk lady tried to find another hotel that had a handicapped room for me. This took over 35 minutes. Finally found one at the Fairfield. It was frustrating and upsetting.

Good breakfast with a nice room to eat in. Room was quiet.
