Great room, view, clean, location, comfortable after a long day on the lake.

Baywatch is overall great. Best thing was room was clean and simple and in good shape. Beach view king had plenty of space. Property is just like the photos. Like fridge/freezer combo and a microwave as well. Location was good only about 2 miles from downtown traverse shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

The room was clean, however the outside was not well maintained. The garbages were over flowing everyday. I also did not like the fact that we had to bring our own chairs to sit on the beach. When I asked about people reserving them the staff told me that the resort next store shares the chairs and lounge chairs.

The hotel had some small things needing repairs, such as a missing down button on the second floor elevator and a torn blackout drape. But overall the room was comfortable, clean, and had nice amenities such as a larger rv size refrigerator with a small freezer section and a microwave.
