Every towel and sheet was stained and everything felt gross

This is my third time having to wait for my room to be ready after 3 pm. The rooms definitely need a refresh. I spent the first night at the new Crescent and it reminded me what the towers used to be like. If I’m paying close to $400 a night I should have a room that’s not dated.

Clean and quiet stopover on a long drive. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good. Staff was great.

Parking situation is a bit confusing but once figured out the stay was clean and comfortable

The desk agent, Taylor was very helpful and the staff were all very kind and smiled. That means a lot.

first room the TV did not work , staff upgraded me to a suite. 1. faucets were horribly corroded in the suite. I have pictures . 2 mold at the bottom left on the mirror 3 the hide a bed was in very bad shape looking at it i could see a large gap and the inner workings of the couch where one's knees would be if sitting. 4 about a 1.5 inch hole in the carpet in front of the bathroom door. 5 Hair was in the shower/tub making it unusable . IF i could post pictures i would. ( my picture will not load on this site ) If this is typical of the hotels Expedia serves i will never use Expedia again .
