The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more.

The location, the decor and furnishings, especially the layout of the suite were all good. However, there are several shortcomings that hugely let down the profile of the property (e.g.,upscale restaurant onsite) and hence the guest experience: 1) Housekeeping - it was not spelled out clearly during check in that it was by request only, but mentioned in fine print on the jacket for the access keys, which is easy to miss. There was no literature related to the property in the room (nor was a safe). We made several requests for housekeeping which largely went ignored or partially filled after follow ups. No vaccuming,trash was left in the room and bed was not made. Very lean housekeeping staff milled around in the main building area mostly. 2) Access keys failed a few times. Excuses given were technical glitches and "doorway batteries were failing". 3) Breakfast was especially underwhelming given the profile of the property - it is a tiny breakfast area, and food selections are poor. The breakfast lady left on her own was overwhelmed and cranky, while across the hall, the idle desk person checked her phone. The coffee tasted awful, like watered down swill. No signs on the food items either, causing confusion. Guests took care not to bump into each other all the time. 4) We heard excuses like "managers are out on vacation"; "it is new management trying to figure things out". There was no evidence of managerial oversight anywhere. Wish we knew this during the booking process.

Parking pretty easy, great staff. Room was nice, clean, nice bathroom.

Very nice- love the foxes! Adorable! Staff very nice, comfortable rooms, fantastic bar, great outdoors. Would stay again !

The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back. The 2nd room was horrible, it smelled like a chain-smoker lived there for 5 years. So we requested a different room and ahe was able to switch us over so that we are next to each other. Still not single smile or acknowledgement. I think that was the weirdest part of our stay. The pool was nice but small and super hot. Must have been set to 90 degrees. You didn't feel any change in temperature when you went in. The kids only stayed for a bit because they got hot and wanted out. Breakfast was ok. No meat selection just bread, cereal, eggs, omelets. Overall good place just needs some TLC and some friendlier staff.

The breakfast was excellent, although the juice machine was broken. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were useful. No towels at the pool. The room floor was not swept, and had chunks of dirt on the floor. The shower had only one temperature - very hot. There was no way to add enough cold water to make it usable for more than a few seconds at a time.

Nice to have the extra space- suite/kitchen/ seating area. Comfortable beds, sheets & pillows. Good hot breakfast - waffles, sausage , eggs and more. Clean.

Great location near town center. Great breakfast. Super clean. Big back yard with Adirondack chairs and a koi pond. Very peaceful.
