Rainbow Lake Vacation Packages

After very late check in, we walk in to the room and my wife put her purse on top of the desk and when she picked up was sticky , then we realize was not clean. Walk in to bathroom floor has some stain ( was not clean) And to take a shower we found pieces of hair on the floor and the flat part of shower tub corner was dirty .! When I’ve check out , I let the guy on charge know the poor cleaning job they are doing in the room and it looks like he didn’t care, didn’t even said sorry .!!! Also ceiling in bathroom is crack and falling apart. “ very poor maintenance.”

The room was clean and sufficient. Beds were comfortable and we slept good.

The motel floor was dirty. The pool hasn’t been operational for years.

Free upgrade on the room was so appreciated and made a great deal even more of a bargain. The location on the lake and the free canoes and kayaks were so welcome as well as the fire pit. The pool also very nice. Great location in Lake Placid. I would definitely stay here again.
