Good. With indoor pool

When I arrived the front desk clerk was slow and kept telling me one thing and doing another. Plus they apparently do a 100 dollar hold on your card when you stay there. NONE of which was told to me beforehand. I booked 2 rooms and instead of charging me one single price like most hotels do they charged me 2 seperate prices so they could tack on another 100 dollar hold. They were not very helpful or competent . Will never stay again

The two rooms was dirty, smelled horrible bed sheets was stained, pillows stain dirty, rugs was not vacuum and found a roach, spider webs on the ceiling corner, room smell of cigarettes, one room had coffee pot the other didnt, only good thing was the breakfast and it was dog friendly

The front desk staff was professional. My stay this month (August) was from Sunday - Thursday. On Monday housekeeping asked if I needed services. I told them I only needed the trash emptied and toilet paper. It was immediately taken care of. On Tuesday I requested housekeeping (at the front desk), My request was done in a timely manner. On Wednesday I requested (again at front desk) that my trash be emptied. Several hours later the trash was not taken care of. I ended up going to the front desk, trash in hand and was instructed to place it near the trash under the coffee station located in the lobby. My niece loved the pool/splash area, but hours were limited (9am-noon and 4pm-8pm). It was very convenient to have the Arcade and Perkins right there. You didn't even have to venture outside to enter.
