Dirty, with a musty smell. Terrible experience. Very poor service at the front desk.to avoid

J'étais dans le premier niveau, chambre qui sentait l'humidité, la tapisserie dans la toilette et la chambre est décollé à cause de l'humidité. Ont ne peux pas fermer les rideaux assombrissants pour la nuit donc, j'ai du improvisé avec un élastique à cheveux. Il avait un bouchon de bière très visible sous le lit de mes enfants. J'avais même pas besoin de me pencher pour le voir. Bol de toilette sale (style éclaboussure de diarrhée). Le jour suivant pour le déjeuner, la femme qui s'occupe de la salle à mangé est très mais très désagréable. Elle se plaignait tout le temps que le monde dévorait tout, arrêtait pas de soupirer, elle chialait en nettoyant. Une de ses collègues étais entrain de vipe en cachette devant la porte de acces au employé. Ont aurais même dit que la femme qui nettoyer étais sur la drogue. À part tout ça les points positives est que l'hôtel est proche du Five guy's, Chick-fil-A, Walmart et plusieurs commerces à pied.

Check in was easy and seamless. Friendly greeting by receptionist! The room was spotless. Even the stairwells were clean. I don’t know if I ever have encountered clean stairwells anywhere! The breakfast had more than I anticipated. Again the breakfast area was clean and well maintained! Accolades to the managment and staff. It is almost impossible to find a hotel that checks all of the boxes!

The room was shabby in general.The sink was missing the stopper and evidence of rust was visible.The pillows were out of shape. I did not feel at ease in that room. The TV was useless and it was not easy to access te wi-fi

The national park was very close. The room and lodge were very clean. A peaceful retreat.

Everything was excellent. Enjoyed our stay as always.

Could have had better options on Breakfast Meat, was afraid to eat the Sausage, didn't look Cooked. Also once outside, you couldn't get back into the Hotel except at the Front,so if your sitting out out back off the Breakfast area,you had to walk all the way around the building, you couldn't use your room ket to get back in

Bed with broken springs No one at the counter had to wait 10 minutes to find someone Both vending machine were broken had to go across the street to find water After explaining to the front desk they just said it’s too bad Will never go there again
