Rooms are small & crowded and the AC kicked on and off every 5 min all night

Roxanne was wonderful, checking us in and getting us a room when our original booking wasn’t ready. I love the decor at the Graduate brands, reflecting local campus traditions, and this was no exception. Walkable to State Street with many dining and bar options. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is worn and needs a renovation if it is to be rated as a 4 star hotel.

The AC did not work, had to call maintenance, the fridge was also not working. There were no pictures or decorations in the room, it was bare. For this top of the line room, I was disappointed.

Good location. Coffee in your room. Refrigerator to store goodies. Small but good gym. Friendly staff - helpful. Nice hot water in the shower.
