Very friendly and helpful staff, and one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. At this price, and right off the highway, an excellent value.

The blind in our room was stuck but the manager did fix the problem right away. The hot water in the shower took a long time to get warm. The breakfast did not include eggs or bacon.The place is older not like the big motels that we as a family have stayed at in the past maybe we expected more because of that factor.

Convenient to all I need to do.

When we entered the room it looked very clean. Upon looking for bed bugs [I always do] lifting the mattress I found potato chips and a bottle cap under the bed. If the sheets had been changed properly the cleaning staff would have also seen the items. So that worried me. I asked the manager for a clean room [ showing him what I found]. He was very kind and helpful and got me into a clean room. He also gave me extra towels since there were three of us staying in one room. The customer service was five stars. The pool was very well kept and super clean. We had a great stay there. We were there to go to the beach and Waldemere. It was a fun weekend. My only suggestion would be to add an outdoor hooks, or line to dry beach towels. There was no wear to hang the towels after swimming or coming from the beach. Hanging the bathing suits on the shower rod didn’t dry them. We had to hang our towels on the chair outside but was not enough room. That would be a great add on for the hotel. Everyone there seemed to have the same problem. Thank you for being so kind about switching rooms.

The room was ok. The breakfast was just some fruit, snack bars and boiled eggs. With coffee and tea.

I arrived at 3:15 and couldn’t find anyone to check me in until 4pm. Place is seriously run down and staff not even trying. Carpets were stained, with sticky blotches and wet areas. Absolutely wasn’t going barefoot in my room. Curtains didn’t close properly so I had to secure them with a hair clip for privacy. Multiple long hairs in the tub. Whole place was disgusting and if I could have gotten my money back I would have left. At least the fridge and microwave worked but this is a very last resort sort of place. Ugh.

Breakfast is great every time I stay.
