Location is great, friendly staff. Unfortunately the property is no clean. The hotel is a little old but the worse part is the lack of good deep cleaning. From the elevator to the room lots of dust, splatters, the tv screen, everything was so dirty. I told the lady at the reception, I hope they do something about it.

Well kept, good location

If the only thing that matters is the low cost, then this fits the bill. Breakfast was sparse, although they did have the usual scrambles eggs and sausages. No pastries. The bed and room were comfortable enough but all the lights were bright. No reading light. The bottom of the bathroom door was peeling paint. You could definitely see where they made repairs. There were a lot of outside entrances but the parking and one way driving to circle the building was confusing. The desk clerk gave us no heads up. I wouldn't stay there again.

Perfect location for traveling. Early flight out of Appleton so decided to stay here the night before. Was easy check in. Nice, clean, comfortable rooms , located next to a couple nice grills where we were able to watch a game., have a great dinner. Shuttle service to and from airport was excellent.

Pool area was dirty and hot tub was cold
