Clean hotel, great beds, quiet, safe, close to highways, shopping, and restaurants, staff was excellent. food service was so so

The location downtown is great. Staff was very nice and efficient. Room is clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that after you pay online for your room they charge you $100 deposit per room on the card and after checkout they put one of the $100 deposits back on my card within 10 minutes but the $100 for the 2nd room has still yet to be refunded back to my card. So who knows when I will get that $100 back if I even get it back.

Pet friendly, beautiful place with lots of character

Pros - clean, modern, and well maintained. Cons - pillows in room are extremely too flat and hard. Restaurant staff service was horrible on both occasions that I went there. Apparently there was a lack of staff to handle the workload and the wait for service was unacceptable. I would stay here again though but eat somewhere else.

I wish I would've known it was so out of the way of everything. It sas very underwhelming, and everything was outdated!
