Staff was absolutely amazing. We had a great time just wish that maybe a better job of cleaning up cob webs to attract less would have been great so we would have actually been able to enjoy the patio aspect and half the reason I rented the room but I get that you cannot control Mother Nature.

This was a last minute booking for us as our original plans fell through, so there wasn't much to choose from. The day we checked in we passed the entrance a couple times as there is no visible signage with directions. This hotel is set back off the road like half a mile and they really could use some landscaping as the buildings that sit in front of it make it look like it's abandoned. The check-in was smooth and the woman who helped me was great; super friendly and even gave suggestions on places to go. The entire hotel gives a "quick flip" vibe. They slapped some new vinyl wood flooring everywhere and painted over anything. The shower has ZERO shelves, so any soap/shampoo had to be set on the floor. The toilet paper doesn't have a holder so it was sitting on the back of toilet. Sheets and towels were stained(clean but stained). Everything in the room had a coating of dust and there was hair on the bedding, towels, and in the shower. We did not use the pool at all, I know there is was, but we spent very little time in the hotel or on the property. The lady at check-out was the opposite of check-in, almost seemed like I was interrupting her time. I would not stay here again, it was okay for a last minute 2 night booking but defiently wouldn't recommend. We were two adults, no children.
