Dirty, with a musty smell. Terrible experience. Very poor service at the front desk.to avoid

The national park was very close. The room and lodge were very clean. A peaceful retreat.

Had to request house keeping to clean the room since it was skipped every day for almost a week. Walls were peeling, room was musty, bathroom fan didn't work and all the door were in rough shape. Staff were helpful and breakfast was good. They just need some serious upkeep on the rooms

Check in was easy and seamless. Friendly greeting by receptionist! The room was spotless. Even the stairwells were clean. I don’t know if I ever have encountered clean stairwells anywhere! The breakfast had more than I anticipated. Again the breakfast area was clean and well maintained! Accolades to the managment and staff. It is almost impossible to find a hotel that checks all of the boxes!

I feel like this is a true hidden gem. We honestly had no idea what to expect and were completely blown away. So much so that ee extended our stay just to continue enjoying the excellent hospitality.

The room was very tiny. We actually couldn’t stay there because we are elderly people, and they had us upstairs. We couldn’t go up the stairs and sure couldn’t get our luggage up there. There was no one on the property to talk to. We had to sign in and pay on our phone. No human being was at the sight to help us so we had to stay at a different property. I certainly would not recommend this place.

The room was shabby in general.The sink was missing the stopper and evidence of rust was visible.The pillows were out of shape. I did not feel at ease in that room. The TV was useless and it was not easy to access te wi-fi
