I stayed at Virgin often and have always enjoyed my stay, but this time the front desk person who checked me and also happened to checked me out was not friendly at all. Dead annoyed/angry facial expression, no “hi or how can I help you”, she did not say one word to me at all when I asked her if both my rooms can be connecting rooms, she just rolled her eyes and started “typing”, I asked her questions and she only gave one word respond or it was cold and rude. Other than my experience with her, the hotel overall I enjoyed staying at, clean and the maids are all friendly.

Great place to stay!

The property was beautiful. The Julius area where we stayed was not updated at all. Not what we expected! Had a coffee maker in the room but had to pay for it, for the price I think they should provide coffee.

I did not stay here!
