easy drive to and from del largo, good for a night stay instead of getting a room at del largo casino.

We loved this B&B. I am super picky about my room, bathroom, food, and bed and generally don't like B&Bs; however, this one, I will return to for sure. We loved the history behind this B&B and we were nicely greeted upon arrival, given a nice tour and explanation of property. Our suite fit 3 adults nicely, air conditioned, and the bathroom was a decent size. It was perfect for a night/day when we had to visit a local college. My husband and I will always check this B&B for availability any time we visit our son at school. The icing on the cake was the breakfast in the morning - you do not get this service at any hotel! We will definitely return.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Continental breakfast is underwhelming but otherwise the dining was good. Especially enjoyed the Tuesday night BBQ with live music.

One of the best places to stay around Ithaca. Very well stocked property, everything that one needs, was available. From different type of coffees, teas, to bars/biscuits, mugs, chairs on the deck, beautiful views, toothbrush in the bathroom, towels, everything that one needs is/was present. Very clean property, very well stocked property. Only thing negative was small size of beds. Will definitely stay here again.
