This is a very unique property on the beautiful Cornell university campus , the campus itself is very pretty and a lot of nature to be explored. It’s run by the students so the staff is great. The rooms as not as updated or new but it’s still a great experience.

Very nice room - clean and comfortable; very homey. Breakfast was fantastic - choices for people of all tastes. Staff were wonderful; made us feel like we were visiting family.

Beautifully restored properties and grounds. Loved our stay! So relaxing! The only downside was our meal at the restaurant where the food was decent but not great.

This is not look like the pictures online. It was very small, motel situation. The room was very small with minimal furnishings. Tiny bathroom and window mounted air conditioner.

The Benjamin is a wonderful place to stay if visiting Watkins Glen. You can walk to the gorgeous Watkins Glen park hike and restaurants. Beautiful big rooms and bathrooms. Perfect for 4 couples traveling together.

Upon check in our room was excruciatingly hot . Maintenance was kind and helpful Chris brought us two box fans . Our downstairs bathroom smelt of urine, The pullout couch had dirty sheets on it , there was no hot water the three times I tried to shower, the dresser up stairs was sticky including the remote , there were crushed chips in the corner of the room.The front desk staff was notified Patty and Zach.Patty was too busy to talk when I asked to speak with management . Zack sent a worker to my room I was handed sheets and cleaner. I asked if he could at least change the sheets and clean the bathroom I was informed that he was not housekeeping and housekeeping left for the evening. I am appalled . My room should have been cleaned properly before check in or at the very least cleaned after I contacted front desk . We have stayed at this resort for the past six or so years for Fourth of July weekend meeting family from out of state . The heart and hospitality of Greek Peak has faded away . This is very unfortunate. My family and I will be finding other accommodations for the Fourth of July weekend. On a positive note the manager Rob from the water park was the only good thing about our trip. I enjoyed watching him walk round and round thru the water park fist bumping everyone and making sure everyone is safe and taken care of . He’s an asset to your company.also the Starbucks girl Kristine? She is kind , caring and helpful. Take notes from her front desk staff !!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly! Next time we stay in the Finger Lakes, we will stay there again.
