Beautiful vacation. Only thing the could improve the breakfast

We had to get an extra two night stay for health reasons, not realizing the hotel had no elevator and could not get a room on the first floor. Outlets in the room were not working to charge our phones-the only outlet was in the bathroom

We would have enjoyed our stay if they actually had cleaned our room. They did not clean our room for 2 days and did not offer any compensation. All they could say is I'm sorry but we had 65 other rooms that we had to clean due to a 65 room group that had booked. Well they were cleaning across the whole from me they could have cleaned our room but they did not. They always had the excuse they were busy cleaning up the other 65 rooms. I advise them that I was still a guest here. All they could say was I'm sorry. That was not enough. Again we was still guests in that hotel and were not treated as such. Then came and knock it our door on the second day that they did not clean. There was a woman standing there with plastic garbage bags offering them to us so we can clean our own garbage bins. I spent $610 for those 5 days and they expected me to clean my own garbage bin. I explained to the woman that they had not given us any clean towels or clean the room in 2 days she apologized advising of the same 65 room cleanup. Again I said to her that we were still guest in this hotel and should be treated as such. She offered us the clean towels but by then we were so disgusted we refused them as we were leaving the next morning but. Please keep in mind the only reason we needed the towels replaced was because they would never dry and they will always damp. Also the bathroom had not been cleaned in several days as well. I will never stay at that one again.

La chambre est très propre et spacieuse, l’hôtel est bien situé, près de l’autoroute. Personnel gentil, bon petit déjeuner.

Nice little room for my wife's & my visit. We were only there for 1 night but had a lovely time using the supplied kayaks, paddle & rowboats. We sat on the chairs at the beach & enjoyed a quiet evening as the sun set. Our room was clean, included a small refrigerator & microwave & very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
