This is a quaint, older property, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It could use an update, but I don't mind it at all, as the price was right and it was a nice stay!

I love everything specially the music.

The hotel was fantastic! From the champagne upon check-in and records to take to your room, to the live music every night this play was great. The onsite art displays were wonderful and all the staff onsite was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

I've travelled extensively over my 45 yr career & this is one of my top three favorite accommodations. Kinn Broadway has everything you want in a hotel and it's first class. Location, easy parking, secure, fabulous on site restaurant, well furnished and designed guest rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by an extraordinary common area on every floor. There is a well-appointed kitchen, living area and conference room that is shared by guests. The thoughtfulness, care, and quality that was deployed in the design and build of this property is outstanding. The staff and management are consummate professionals and wonderful hosts. The Ritz and Four Seasons has a new & formidable competitor!
