The location of the property was close to the location of my meeting. The room was clean, however I did not get the room that I booked. There were no apologies at check in about changing my room preference.

Great staff. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Always enjoy the hotel. It is our go to place to stay when in the Grand Rapids area. Hotel is always spotless and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Grand Rapids area.

The staff were great very helpful my room key stopped working and they were very quick to fix it. I also called the front desk a couple times with some questions and they always helped me. The breakfast was always great and i could control the rooms temperature with ease. My only complaint was that my bathroom ceiling had mold on it in hindsight I probably should've asked them to move me but since I was rarely in the room( I was just using it to sleep) and I had already unpacked and put everything away I just left it alone.

Had an amazing experience with the front desk gentleman named Angel. He was so kind and personable. You’re lucky to have him. The hotel itself had a weird smell. I couldn’t describe it. Not foul. Just weird.
