There is ample parking for the hotel, and it was quiet in our room. The room was decently sized but there was a weird lack of storage. We had a balcony room and loved that it came with a screen door. However, the balcony is tiny, not big enough to have chairs on it. Very nice indoor/outdoor pool area. We did request extra towels and they never showed up, I had to find a housekeeper the next morning to grab them. There was no phone in the room where we could follow up with the front desk. The hotel is pretty close to several restaurants and a grocery store.

The staff is extremely unhelpful. Kaylen at the front desk lacks all sense of customer service and problem solving skills. The manager Brett Busha is unwilling to take calls to resolve billing issues. Skip this property completely, there are better, friendlier, cleaner options right next door.

I loved the look of the hotel inside and outside. The room was nicely decorated. The only 3 problems that I had were the beds,, pillows, and the bathtub. The bed was hard and the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in at any hotel. I slept on all 4 pillows and it felt like I slept on 1. It was not the regular hotel pillows. The bathtub was dirty with hair in it, and when I stepped in, it made sounds that made me feel like I was about to fall through. I looked forward to a good night’s sleep since I was there for a funeral. I went back home exhausted 😩
