Rooms smelled musty. I bought a freshener. New rugs were clean and modern. Staff was nice. The portable air conditioner is fine but it takes up a lot of space. You should let the guest know the pool is closed.

We had an amazing stay and can't wait to come back! The cabin was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, cozy, and surrounded by peaceful forest views. Having lake access made our stay even more special, whether it was relaxing by the water or taking in the quiet scenery. One of the highlights was the spa. The sauna, cold plunge, and wellness spaces were the perfect way to unwind after spending time outdoors. Everything about the property encourages you to slow down, disconnect, and enjoy nature. They switched the rooms on us from two queen beds to a queen and a pullout couch that was basically a gym mat

Staff were unpleasant. There was a staff person who was locked out and I let them in and he was the only pleasant person I ran into. I was told to bring down my used towels in order to get fresh ones for the morning. Light in room on the one side didn’t work. And you couldn’t use the outlet in the other light fixture plugs didn’t fit right, they were too loose. The snack area was basically empty both stays. Refrigerator was leaking and didn’t work. Damp musty smell throughout hotel.

The hotel was nice. Pretty room but it was freezing cold and there was no way to adjust the air-conditioning as there was no thermostat in the room. The room did not have a hair dryer so that was disappointing. The TV showed we could watch Netflix but there was clicker to allow us to sign into our netflix account. The remote only let us watch live TV.
