Had spider and roach in sink omg beds were decent room had a foul smell like mold when I first came in

The room was very clean, Staff was very helpful when we asked about a couple of things. Mattress was comfortable and bedding was clean. Nice shower. A/C was cold. Easy parking. Coffee and breakfast was awesome, Biscuits were fluffy.

Our stay was Jun 10 – 12, 2026 From the manager to cleaning crew, all were very accommodating and, I observed, ready to help with any issues that arose or give you directions to places of interest. While trying to keep my step count up, I walked the halls and sidewalks. All areas were well maintained. Breakfast was great. There was a wide assortment of foods to eat, trying to appeal to all guest wants. Coffee, tea and water are available 24 hours. The only issue I had, and this was upon our leaving, a non-hotel service company was doing maintenance, possibly spraying shrubs and planters. She received a phone call and left the sprayer in the middle of sidewalk, area for handicap parking access, while she went under the hotel’s awning.

STAY AWAY! ENTIRE HOTEL SMELLS LIKE MOLD! I was double charged. They eventually corrected the charges BUT if I hadn't cought it they would have double charged me! Staff is politely condescending and completely unable to make any real decisions. This hotel needs to be repaired and made safe for guest. The staff and management needs to be completely retrained. They have a motel 6 mentality at the Marriott.

The front desk attendant was, very attentive, had to ask were the elevator was located at check in, I asked for his name and was reluctant to give it to me. The property has to hot tubs, one didn’t work at all, and the other didn’t heat. They proudly listed as the amenities, the shower broke in the room and no maintenance person was on the property, they didn’t offer to move me to another room, I had to ask them and finally they moved me. On my first day Expedia reached out to me about my stay , informed them of the inattentive service and they said about relaying the concerns to property management and never heard from them. I would advise not staying at this property, definitely not worth what you pay for nightly stay!!!!
