First the gave my room away after I had already came in and checked in amd paid then left for a wedding ,the mildew smell through out the hotel was bad and the bath tub was clogged

Coffee was amazing. Our door lock reset every day so we had to go back to the front desk to have our keys reset to get back into our room. A little annoying after a long day when you just want to get into your room and lay down.

Upon check-in, I learned that the pool and the breakfast room would be in accessible due to renovations. No big deal. But then they couldn’t make keys. There was something wrong with the system so I had to be walked to my room and let in and the hopes that someone would be able to come and fix the system to provide me with a room key. Walking through the halls and up the elevator and spaces that were nowhere near the renovations. There were paint drips and dirty tile floors, and hand prints all over the elevator that didn’t look like they had been wiped in a very long time. Once I reached my room, the attendant let me in stating that she would try to get me a key. The first thing I did was lock the door and realized how disgusting the door looked, then I turned on a lamp and saw two years worth of dust on the lightbulb, and as I walked over to the air conditioner I saw a condom wrapper sitting on the windowsill.
