It was nice and quiet just was bomb there was no breakfast to wake up to in the morning. But other than that it was nice a cozy.

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

The staff upon arrival was not accommodating. The room didn’t feel clean- woke up next morning to see hair in sheets . A big wad of hair . Gross - I will never stay at this property again .

The room service food (from the restaurant) was exceptional, with exceptional presentation! Beds were comfortable and decor is very pleasant, artistic and unique. Staff were all kind and helpful! They also offer a 3 mile shuttle if needed.

Good but the rooms are a bit dated

Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!
