The room was dirty, had nail clippings on the floor around the bed. Was charged an extra fee to keep my child in the room. I booked for 2 adults and 1 child but when I got to the hotel was told there would be an extra fee for the child my child to stay with my husband and I in the room that had double beds. They claimed the room was only 1 person per bed. Very unhappy with this. Of course I paid the extra fee because what was I supposed to do with my child. Worst place ever.

The Crescent is great all new a few little things to work out like the door to the bathroom is a swing door if it shuts there is no exhaust in the bathroom at all, we had to find something to prop the door open with. The A/C only goes down to 65 degrees you would think that would be cold enough, but when there’s no ventilation in the bathroom and you have your blinds open, and the sun beats in and if you don’t leave your card in the slot at the door when you leave to make sure your Air keeps running the whole time you’re not there. It’s definitely not cool enough which is an odd thing. If you call down to the front desk, they can lower it to 60 for you. Other than that all was great and the staff very very helpful
