Comfort Suites Cookeville
Left our room after 30 seconds because of the smell of mold. Staff said they would refund us our money for our multi night stay, but then later decided it was not their problem and we would receive no refund. I highly recommend staying anywhere but here.

Best Western Thunderbird Motel
Parking was okay. Staff was courteous. Room was spacious. Refrigerator had a "real" freezer space for cold pack (small, but ok for overnight stay. It was a convenient stop for a longer trip. Near a variety of eating places.
