They canceled our reservation the day before check in. Then called the day of check in and said they had a room. We stopped in and it was so dirty. Bugs all over the bathroom and in the room. Beds were a mattress on a metal base. They were only full size, not queen. We didn’t stay.

Quality Inn Crossville Near Cumberland Mountain State Park
Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and really good water pressure. The staff were all friendly. The breakfast was good and the lady that was working there was lovely.
