Dead bugs all over the room. In the bathtub, in the ice bucket, on the bathroom counter on the floors and dead roach in the toilet. Live spider in room. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The remote was crusted with sticky stuff. Dirt in the bedframe rail, found a quarter. Pool was down for cleaning. Only good to sleep.

One of the best places to stay in Tucson. Overall the stay continues to be an easy and relaxing time.

We stayed in a suite. It was very large and spacious. The full kitchen, washer & dryer and refrigerator with water and ice cubes were very much appreciated. We sat outside on the patio everyday to enjoy our coffee and read. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and got “made to order” omelets most days with fresh cut fruit. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained with lots of lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. We were able to purchase wristbands for my daughter and grandson to have access to the pool for the day. My husband used the fitness room and found it had the necessary equipment for a good workout. The lobby also had puzzles, games and books free to checkout. We ate at the Grill across the street at the golf course. They had a delicious menu and a full bar. The prices were reasonable. The things that we didn’t like were few and would not prevent us from staying again. The pillows on the bed should be updated. They were all very flat or lumpy. The dryer had a lint screen that was torn and needs to be replaced. The shower had No place to put your amenities. The soap and shampoo could only go on the floor. The shower definitely needs a shelf to put this on. The large sunken tub was nice though! The separate toilet could also use a little table. The double sinks were nice. Plus, there was plenty of storage. The only irritation was one of the lights kept flickering. So we kept it off. Overall, it’s a very nice resort and I would stay there again.

This was exactly what we were looking for and then some. Very spacious and quiet (tough commodity to find in Tucson). Walking distance to the Rialto theatre, etc.

The Arizona Inn has been a continues to be a Tucson gem. Am very happy that the new owners are making upgrades (beautiful Mexican tile in lobby in process) and seem to be keeping the historic tradition and vibe of the place alive.

GREAT DEAL. I was worried that because I paid almost half as much as other hotels I might get the roach motel but was I pleasantly shocked to see a new facility with amazingly clean room. The bed looked brand new. The bsghtoom was spotless the shower was better than most 5-star hotels I have stayed in The receptionist ( I forgot to get her name) was so pleasant and helpful.i hope this guys make hotels worldwide I would only stay at their properties.
