We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Easy check in. Great location near the airport. Super clean. Smelled really good. Good parking. Safe. Nice decor. Highly recommend.

Condo hadn't been cleaned prior to arrival. Shower heads have little pressure, roaches in the fridge, front door doesn't seal properly. Would not book again.

There were cockroaches in the room, I called to let them know we had already killed four big roaches and they couldn’t change our room due to availability. The shower was clogged and they went to repair it and it remained clogged even after maintenance. They promised a credit and did not specify it had to be used in the hotel, lost half the credit given. I will not be returning. I paid over 1000 for two nights including extra fees. Not worth the money

This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN.

We stayed here on our 4th of July trip to Galveston. The room was great. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the AC unit worked very well. My kids had a lot of fun swimming in the pool and playing the complimentary mini-golf. The free breakfast in the mornings was very limited re options, but it was sufficient.

When we arrived, the customer service representative did not provide us with any information about the property or surrounding area, even though it was our first time visiting. We received our parking pass, but the parking spaces were extremely narrow and difficult to park in due to the limited space. When we got to our room, which included a kitchen, we were disappointed to find that it was very outdated. The floors, furniture, and balcony all had peeling paint, making the room appear poorly maintained. We also found several cockroaches in the kitchen and one crawling near the door, which was very concerning. The online photos are not an accurate representation of what you actually receive. The only highlight of our stay was the easy walk to the beach, which was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the lack of maintenance made our overall experience disappointing.
