Great location in walking distance to the beach!

We were going to be late checking in. I tried to call the front desk THREE times during the day and I was just put on a loop and no one ever answered. To be fair the actual man at the desk who checked us in was very cordial. The hotel has just switched from a Motel 6. The old signage is still there. GPS had a hard time finding it and sent us down back alleys, even though it is on a main road. In the dark, the hotel’s old Motel 6 sign was shining through the cover that new management put on and it was unreadable. The decor looks like it is straight out of the seventies. Is that a retro thing? There is no breakfast, just vending machines and coffee in a keeper that was cold. All in all a miserable experience.

My family stays at this hotel every time we travel through Indiana. It’s always clean and friendly and convenient.

The cutest, relaxing place to unwind. Beautiful and clean cabin with a spectacular view though a large picture perfect window. Special touches and amenities (snacks, s’mores, firewood) made the trip complete. They thought of all the “camping” needs so we didn’t have to.
