I left 1 hour after checking in due to the cockroach infestation and an obvious mold problem. The staff helped me check in just fine, but it is apparent that the property is not maintained and it is more of an extended stay for the local population. Management had signs posted warning tenants of eviction if they were allowing the homeless to stay or they had to many people in their room. Trust me, find somewhere else.

Room was dirty outlets didn't work the light in-between the beds didn't work and you guys still have sent me my money back for the deposit.

Beautiful place to stay. Only one night, however, I wished it was more! Comfy beds, very nice patio to sit and relax. One piece of advice, check to see if they are having a wedding or another event at the boathouse. I was there on a Sunday night and it was loud. Could not sleep, people walking by patio until 11 pm.

Rooms were absolutely NASTY. Our first room had greasy handprints on the headboard and phone, grease spots on the comforter with food bits (we assume), a splatter on the window curtain, and a missing smoke detector. Also had a terrible odor. The 2nd room we got switched to had pee stains on the bed and also smelled terrible, like a thick cologne. Absolutely terrible. Not to mention the trash lining the property and abundance of furniture in the back lot. Hotel should be called "Everything BUT quality inn".

Good value. Pool was closed and the breakfast was sub par but wasn’t expecting much. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No remote for T.V was slightly annoying.

Great place to relax! Enjoyed the beach and food.
