This hotel isn't worthy of 4 stars, room is basic, shower tray drips, it's not a luxury hotel and 4* is an exaggeration/ generous compared to the price point of the room. Staff at front desk were reactive rather than pro-active, the would watch you go to the bar but remain at their seats at the front desk knowing the bar was unmanned and you would have to go and prompt them. Breakfast was poor.

We unfortunately came to stay when the staff decided to strike. No room service , no cleaning service for a 4 night stay. Barely got towels on the last day. Disappointing. The only upside was the location.

While the hotel is almost exactly as promised, there are definitely some signs of wear and tear. Floor in the room and elevator are scuffed and painted over. These things are completely fine. What is NOT fine, especially if not advertised, is NO HOUSEKEEPING. I stayed here for almost a week and not once did housekeeping come in. A very small paper was left on the desk "letting me know" about this. This should be disclosed upon booking, and check-in, not just a small piece of paper.

Very nice hotel.
