Good place in the neighborhood

The NoblDen Hotel was amazing! I would definitely stay here again when visiting NYC. It was close to Little Italy, ChinaTown, SOHO, and a great spot from which to navigate Manhattan. The rooms were so clean, comfortable, and it was awesome to have a balcony and the rooftop to see the city. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in a great area

Clean, and friendly staff

The hotel is well located, nice rooms. Poorly designed toilets. One of my rooms, was not ready for check in time. But most importantly, very poor customer care. Specially Manager Emmanuel and front desk Triana, very rude and unwilling to help, seems that customers are an inconvenience for them. The hotel is nice, but I have had much better experience in other hotels in NYC. Won’t come back.

I like it’s is clean, rooms are comfortable. I didn’t like the noise from a nightclub across the street, listening to the music and people arguing until 2-3am. Phone was not working, AC was not working. Either freezing or we had to turn off and then it was too hot.

Everything was great except the carpet was stained in multiple spots. But I can imagine that so many people spill wine, food, and other things that it would be cost prohibitive to constantly replace the carpet. But the room also needed a paint job. Lamp shade needs replacing. But the stellar staff made up for everything.

This hotel needs cleaning.The bathroom was dirty and it has mold in the bath and shower.Made me cringe never booking this hotel again and the pictures will deceive you online nothing like the pictures the bed was uncomfortable and very low and shaky, something also bit me in the bed.In the heart of manhattan you would expect better.Felt disappointed.
