The pictures for this property is AI. I was not pleased with the aesthetics. It was described differently. It’s an old property and needs some major upgrades. The staff was pleasant but the room itself needs some work.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, did not have breakfast or used the bar.

As ever, staff are wonderful, accomdations are wonderful everything us great. All good, Elevators could use a bit of a clean, if I have to nitpick

The pool and hot tub area were very nice and relaxing! The room was very clean and comfortable! Room service was excellent, and staff was very friendly! We will definitely stay there again when in the area!

Good overall experience staying at hotel

Home away from home. Everything was perfect! The only downfall is the outside surrounding area have a lot of homeless people laying around.

Horrible weekend!!!! Power went out a few hours after check in and couldn't use or enjoy many of the amenities of the hotel. No A/C, ice, game room, jacuzzi, fitness center, ice, vending machines, breakfast, lights in the bathroom & bedroom didn't work. I had 2 King Suites $800 worth of rooms. All I was given was a card for the manager from the front desk person. 90 degree temps all weekend rooms were hot. No fans given out & ::no discount or refund of any type was offered. Didn't get any sort of attention from management all weekend. Very disappointed in the amount of money I spent for the rooms.
