St. Louis Vacation Packages

We booked the Montague Inn for our 30 th anniversary and were excited to stay in a historical Inn. However when we arrived we were told our room was in the carriage house…am overhauled garage type building 200 feet from the Inn. We asked for a room in the actual Inn we were told it was an upgrade. We were totally shocked and disappointed. We should have been aware of what we were booking. This seems like false advertising and would like some type of reimbursement for this. The staff were excellent and the hot breakfasts were delicious. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Our only complaint is the accommodation.

We rented the room with expectations of have a fridge. I have been requesting one and 7 days later no fridge. They keep saying they will get one. Wouldn’t even give us a discount on the 2nd week. This will be it. They absolutely suck and like to give lip service. Not a good place. The managers are completely rude and lie. Totally unacceptable and I am wanting to talk to the owner.

This was a business trip, but would have loved to have golfed. No hot water , so that was an issue, but otherwise good. Nice room & restaurant, pool & entertainment. Staff was great.

Manager was very helpful and helped with a speedy check in. Motel is in need of an update.

Nice motel. No thrills, comfortable bed, clean, everything worked. Fair price for just needing a place to sleep.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable, best sleep I’ve gotten in a hotel in a long time, would definitely stay again!
