Miss communication between house keeping and front desk, our room was assigned and house keeping still cleaning though marked as ready in computer. 9pm check in a little of a hassle. Yet front desk was apologetic and quick to assist in settling us in another room.

The bathtubs were black, my crew which was staying there for a job couldnt even stay there the night because they were getting bit in the beds. If there were zero stars to give I'd do that. This place should be condemned.

Front desk was rude ,sheets where stained , sink was clogged and would not drain on the second floor receptionists told me it was normal and that the third floor even the toilet gets clogged etc .....

Hotel Settles
Beautifully classic older hotel... oak appointments, grand staircases, very nice restaurant and bar. Restored with great pride by the owners. Worth of a romantic weekend stay.

The pillows were horrible. They had taken them and moved all the stuffing down to one end so they were hard squares. I had to open the pillowcase on one and hit the stuffing to the other end to make it a useable pillow. Other than that it was fine. There was a restaraunt but it served Indian food ...

As always the room, & staff were great, but the noise from the kid or kids running the halls, the crying ... did not let me sleep that hreat, i drive 8hrs to get here and will continue to do so hopefully next time will be better 🙂🙂
