Pros: fast and friendly check in, comfortable bed, and decent breakfast options Cons: air conditioning unit was right across from the bed and blew directly on us, so we had to shut it off at night, the sink did not drain well, the toilet had issues with flushing, and the room overall was dark and dingy. Unfortunately, we had a room on the first floor right by a door, so we heard all the opening and closing of that door with people going in and out at night. The first morning we woke up to some man cussing and screaming. You get what you pay for. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised. If you can afford better, I suggest you stay somewhere else.

Great location! Great breakfast potatoes, ever! I guess the only drawback I had as I was traveling with Child, was not having a microwave in the room. The balcony was an added luxury due to the fact that I was also working while staying in Michigan. Although there weren’t chairs or a view on these balconies, I was able to take business calls outside. Until I saw the next-door balcony resident lean over to look inside of my space. It was a little weird. The pool was amazing, but very cold and the hot sauna was perfect! Although I stayed from a Tuesday through Friday, I did not see the tiki bar opened at all near the pool. Overall, staff were super amazing front desk. Staff were knowledgeable room service was accommodating!

Maids neither cleaned, tidied, or made the bed in our room during a 2 night stay. No fresh towels. In room coffee and coffeemaker were the pitts. Queen bed placement only allowed entry from one side of the bed as one side was 6 inches off a wall and, obviously, had no night stand. Tv was worn out, with dull, faded lighting from overuse. All colors looked muddy.

Lovely stay! Molly and her animals were so friendly - our room was large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable!
