I had a good stay. I never got to see any staff members, but that was ok. I had two issues: the first is my air conditioner wasn’t very cold and two my remote control didn’t work. Other than those two things it was clean and I was able to rest well.

Clean room and friendly staff!

Stayed here several years ago and it wasn't very good. This time it had been remodeled and was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't eat at the breakfast buffet.

The price was good. The staff was courteous. The lobby was well done and inviting. Our room was comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The chair in our room could stand a deep cleaning. The outside grounds need some serious TLC and the stairwells could use some vacuuming. The hallways were clean. There are no elevators and you have to go down stairs to get to bottom level and then back upstairs to 2nd and 3rd floor. Not a drawback for most but hard for elderly and impossible for handicapped. We did not try the breakfast but it looked like a basic continental breakfast and the area looked clean. Overall we would recommend and would stay there again.

We stayed in the handicapped room. Would have been nice if the A/C didn't sound like a jackhammer. only saving grace was that at 8000 feet we were able to turn it off and leave the windows open. we left at 4am.

This was a lovely hotel with a very fun Family Suite. Our children loved the "Fort Holiday" set up that included bunkbeds, a tv, and a PS3. The food was great and the beds were comfortable.
