It needs updating which when we were there, it looked like it was progressing.

Mattress with soft area made for an uncomfortable sleep. Coffee machine had left over moldy ground

Two night stay. From the staff, Mandy was great. Very helpful and friendly. The other woman, not so much. Room was okay, gym was very outdated and most equipment did not function the way it was supposed to. The down side that stood out the most was how much loitering took place in the parking lot after dark. Cars thumping bass and a lot of crowd noise. We were on the third floor and it was difficult to settle in. First time experiencing that at a Candlewood Suites.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Room could have been a tad cleaner but felt comfortable

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. The room smelled musty and caused my allergies to flare up. I’m allergic to mold. The TV did not work.

This hotel is beautiful and smells amazing from the first step inside. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are clean. The downfall was not enough staff. There was always a line at the front desk and no employee in sight. We were also told their parking was full but could see the lot from our room and their were multiple open spots
