Ok, for the price. But issues, no extra towels, no ice, terrible shower, clogged and no water pressure.

The esthetic of the buildings and grounds are very pleasing at first glance. In reality it appears to be an old econo lodge type motel remodeled with mcm details, but the musty smell remains in the room. The shower curtain liner was stained. The staff was very nice and the restaurant gets very busy for dinner with both guests and locals. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the menu was well planned. The property is not on the beach. There is a nature preserve across the street, about a 30 minute walk to get to the beach. There was no car access to the nature preserve during road work.

Rooms look old and not inviting. Old carpets. Breakfast area was not well organized and the plasticware products were very flimsy and cheap. Not a good value for the money.

My stay was great and my kids enjoyed the pool.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful in the checking in process. Room clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome as usual. Convenient location.

Room was clean, but could use some minor repair. The hot tub shown in the picture has been OOO for what looked like years. Staff was friendly and access to the ferry is 1st rate.
