There was a stain on the tatami floor. It also seems to be the season when small insects or cockroaches appear. Despite staying on a high floor with no windows open, I noticed these bugs in the common areas. It would be good if the staff could address this issue rather than letting them roam freely ...

Hotel Sierra Resort Hakuba
This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

Hakuba Sunvalley Hotel
I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!

Hakuba PAIPU NO KEMURI
Less expensive and budget friendly. Amenities available like Onsen and table tennis. Laudry is also available. Distance is the disadvantage. It's a little far from the city center although still walking distance.

Hotel Keyaki no Ki
This place is perfect. The property is great. Location is unreal. We walked to ski, to dine and to Lawson. The shuttles are super convenient and chill. The breakfast is great. Drying room is tip top. And the Onsen!!!! Wow. I plan on coming back anytime I’m in Hakuba. Thank you Keyaki No Ki.
