The air conditioner was to small for the rooms. So it was not really comfortable we left a day earlier. If they got bigger ac it would be a good place to stay.

My new favorite place to stay when traveling to the area. Excellent food, knowledgeable and friendly staff.And the golf course is a nice touch

Our stay at The H Hotel was fantastic from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, it is literally walking distance to The Tridge , the local bike trails, and a great selection of downtown restaurants. After pushing through a long ride on the trail, returning to soak in their excellent hot tub was an absolute lifesaver. The accommodations were top-notch. The room was incredibly comfortable, featuring a plush bed and a remarkably nice shower to clean up in. While the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, I want to give a special shoutout to Julie at the front desk. Her warm, knowledgeable approach truly stood out and made our stay that much more memorable (she might just remember the guests from room 521!).

They need more breakfast options.

Fixtures and especially the carpeting are showing it's age. Parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all guests vehicles. I had to park out on the street one night.

This room was a completely pleasant surprise. The outside of the building appears a little sketchy, but the lobby, room, and courtyard were all in great, clean condition! The hotel is definitely older, but for the price, ease of check-in and out, kind staff, and shear size of the room it is more than worth it. Our room had two queen beds with enough space in between them that we could have put a third bed there! AND a kitchenette and dining table and a vanity area outside of the bathroom. I think my first apartment was smaller! The mattresses are all sealed and the bed linens very fresh. No signs whatsoever of critters. Parking was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Saginaw.

I want to start this off by saying that we have stayed at this facility a number of times throughout the years. This is the first time that we have had major issues. The check-in was longer than expected. Once we got our room, the bathroom was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and thy gave us another room. That bathroom was worse than the first. We decided not to stay and move to another hotel.
