The place is getting run down. Hallway carpet was dirty. Fan / heat lamp in bathroom was very loud and falling apart. Parking lot in rough shape. WiFi wasn't connecting. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar were positives. With some TLC this could be a nice place

Beautiful Hotel with Great Potential — 3 Stars The hotel itself is beautiful, with a wonderful lake view, great location, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a gym and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was unusable because there were literally hundreds, if not thousands, of mosquitoes around and in it. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. The lobby floors were dirty, and our room showed signs of neglected housekeeping—hair on the bathroom floor, dirty corners, and crumbs around the coffee and tea area. The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which repeatedly woke us during the night with loud rattling noises. We reported it several times, but the problem was not properly resolved. We eventually had to turn it off and leave the window slightly open to get through the second night. To their credit, the hotel did agree to provide a 15% discount from the original price because of these issues. We are still waiting to see if the refund is actually processed. Overall, this is a beautiful property with tremendous potential, but it is lacking attention to cleanliness and maintenance. For these reasons, I give it 3 stars. Unfortunately, it was not worth the money we paid for our stay.

Very clean and cozy. Beautifully updated. Great communication. Very strong odor of air fresheners, had to open the windows for several hours.

I needed to cancel because of a dental emergency but found it impossible to get ahold of this company!!!
