The Upham is a lovely small hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The wine happy hour and continental breakfast were yummy.

Room was a little run down, no AC. The room wasn’t clean and ready for our check in at 3pm. The desk staff didn’t seem to know their job very well. For the price, I expected a higher quality experience

We lived our stay here. Estevan at the front desk was so helpful and nice! The room was charming and it was a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was really nice.

The property is nice and clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot inside, overall had a nice stay.

Great and cheap stay with great and friendly staff and just as friendly guests.

I have stayed in different rooms here And this one was My least favorite. The bathroom does not have an area to put all items needed and no vanity. Also I had to call to get an iron and ironing board since there was none in the room. First time encountering that. I also was not able to open the link on email sent for check in but when I called they helped me and check in went smoothly after that. I believe I spoke to Mike or Michael? Thank you
