The staff was very helpful, and the hotel was located very close to ocean and convenient for all nice places

Clean room with lots of space and a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and was able to direct us to the things we wanted to see in the area. Easy check in and out.

The room was okay. Little disappointed at the need for repairs. A cabinet was off the hinge, the bathroom door was not hung well and stuck when closing. Plates in the cupboard were dirty.

Great stay! Would book again

This property was nothing like it should have been. It was filthy, no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan was useless. No hot water in the sink. I have pictures and video proof of this. The bathtub was so unsafe I couldn't use it. I canceled the 2nd night stay, Expedia has yet to tell me whether I'll be refunded or not. If not, I will dispute for quality based on unsafe conditions and cleanliness. VERY disappointing.

Just too old to feel clean. The floor of the elevator is SO dirty and gross, the hallways feel grungy, the rooms feel old but at least a little cleaner than the rest of the property. I thought we were booking a very nice hotel and I paid accordingly, so my expectations were a lot higher than reality. Everyone was incredibly nice, so that was a plus.
