Viola Vacation Packages

We stayed Monday thru Wednesday, it was quiet. We had the place mostly to ourselves. The room and bathroom were dusty like it hadn’t been used in a while. Room AC was awesome sine the weather was extremely hot. Staff was friendly and place was quiet.

Room was clean and inviting. Air conditioning excellent. Pool area clean with lots of tables with seating for lounging after a swim or dip in the hot tub. Included breakfast was good (muffins, bananas, yogurt, cereal, juice, DIY waffles).

The staff went out of their way to see if the room was ready for an early check in. And they let us check in early. Great job

My room was the bottom floor 116. The noise from the road was horrendous. Did not get much sleep. Load motor cycles, trucks….. Nice place just way too much road noise.

Room smelled like mildew, carpet felt slightly wet the whole time, no trash in the bathroom, pool and bar amenities were closed down. Overall really poor quality place that seemed like it was falling apart, I’ve stayed many places around the world and this was one of the worst unfortunately.
