Walled Lake Vacation Packages

All the basics covered: comfortable bed, blackout curtains, decent plumbing, functional heat/AC (though a bit noisy). Coffee in the room would have been nice, but the coffee at breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and courteous. Funky but functional.

Great hotel. Almost perfect.

Great location

First of all I had an issue the night before my stay and I thought I would have to cancel however that turned out to be not the case. I did however have a question and I called the front desk again countless times the night before and no one picked up the phone. I could not reach anyone. Tried so many times. That is not a way to treat customers. The hotel itself is just too rustic for me. It was clean and the bed was comfortable but the room just so bare bones and old. The carpet old and the bathroom old and there was a yucky throw rug in front of the sink. The shower pressure was nice. There is a bar and restaurant on site. We had a drink out on the patio and that was nice. The hotel was conveniently located for meeting my friends

The carpet was very soiled in the lobby by the elevator and in the elevator. There were areas of what appeared to be mold around the bathtub and shower walls. The rest of the room was clean and the bedding had been cleaned and changed.

Was therefore a concert the room was clean. The staff was OK. They weren’t extremely helpful. It was an OK stay but for the price of the room I felt like the staff could’ve been more friendly and helpful. The security for the concert was cool. They helped a lot, but the overall hotel and things it was OK. The concert was awesome. No problems there cause like I said security was on point.
