Low budget hotel that is next to two expressways. Windows do not dampen the traffic noise with the result being this is the noisiest hotel room I have ever (tried) slept in.

The property was not actually located at the address shown on my reservation. When we arrived, we found out that the accommodation was at a different address, which was already very concerning. Once we entered the property, there were several serious health and safety issues. The room had a very strong moldy smell, and one of the light fixtures was falling down, which we felt was dangerous. The bathroom was located on the first floor, and the bathroom window was open and could not be closed. There was also no curtain or proper privacy, so we could not reasonably use the bathroom. By the time we discovered all of these problems, it was already very late at night. We had nowhere else to go immediately, so we only stayed for about three hours to get a little rest, and then we left the property early in the morning. I want to be very clear that we did not leave because we simply didn’t like the accommodation. We left because the property was unsafe, unsanitary, and not reasonably usable. Also, the fact that the actual location was different from the address provided on the reservation is extremely concerning. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I don’t believe we should be charged for an accommodation that was inaccurately represented and had serious health and safety issues.

Dog friendly and helpful staff. Easy access from the room to the parking area given we had a dog with us and my husband has limited mobility.

1st night ok, in the morning the night auditor was on speaker talking to someone about his finances, 2nd night, late guests (2am) loud outside my door, then the maintenance man was outside and his blue tooth speaker was very loudly playing some music, under my window. I came down and told him to shut it down, as it was 3 am. I decided to pack up and leave at 3:15 to drive 5 hours home. Total lack of consideration for the guests’
