Room and bathroom are spacious but outdated. Room has a musty smell. Some stains on the sofa bed, but can be covered with a blanket or sheet. Breakfast options is good with eggs, corn beef hash, sausage, waffles, toast, coffee, juice, etc. Near shopping mall, restaurant, gas station, grocery store.

The pool was a lot of fun! There is even pool toys and stuff for kids to play with. My family loved the house. The beds were super comfortable and the room darkening curtains were so great. My family was very comfortable here!

The Roycroft Inn is unique and provides a respite place with history. The restaurant had excellent food that is part of the Inn. The Roycroft campus across the street is very interesting and worth a walk through and tour. The Inn has an incredible collection of arts and craft furniture in the main rooms as well as the sleeping rooms. Overall the property could use a refresh, new carpet and painting and a scrubbing. The bones of the places are great, but the interiors are tired.

The o ly problem is had was 1 night it smelled like smoke in our room, so bad my husband called the desk to report it. Otherwise great place, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Great stay for a Bills game!
