this was an exceptional place to stay. the cabin was clean and spacious, you had everything you needed. check in/check out was easy. the view from the deck was beautiful and we loved that there was a playground for the kids

A clean hotel with a convenient location for shopping and going to Cornell.

This place was beyond our expectations. The room was huge. You have to make sure that you can climb stairs to get to the room as the description states. Wonderful place to stay in the Gaffer district. We were disappointed that the stores and shops were not open but we were there on a Tuesday and not the weekend. Clean and spacious. Would not hesitate to book again.

Clean room, convince location

We loved this B&B. I am super picky about my room, bathroom, food, and bed and generally don't like B&Bs; however, this one, I will return to for sure. We loved the history behind this B&B and we were nicely greeted upon arrival, given a nice tour and explanation of property. Our suite fit 3 adults nicely, air conditioned, and the bathroom was a decent size. It was perfect for a night/day when we had to visit a local college. My husband and I will always check this B&B for availability any time we visit our son at school. The icing on the cake was the breakfast in the morning - you do not get this service at any hotel! We will definitely return.

Lovely B & B in a central location to explore the Finger Lakes region. Wonderful breakfast served each morning made with local ingredients along with lively conversaion with other guests. Definitely recommend Gothic Eves for a relaxing get away.
