I loved the beautiful, historic common places and the artwork. The view from the pool and the restaurant are marvelous, and I liked that the pool opened at 6AM so I could take a relaxing morning swim. Front desk staff was very good. The concierge was very helpful and remembered my name when I spoke with her a second time. The Victorian afternoon tea was lovely. Classy place. I was traveling alone but it would be a perfect place for a romantic weekend or an event weekend. Also, not far from the River Walk, so a good place to stay for a fun weekend like for Octoberfest. I enjoyed watching the World Cup at several River Walk spots

This is a lovey bed-n-breakfast type arrangement which I found charming & safe for a solo traveler.

Casino is clean and fresh, no smoking is fabulous.

Great location for our family. Staff was very courteous and professional.

Love this hotel, I live in the area but like to get out the house every few months and enjoy the hot tub they have here. Also, the slots are great to have on the property. Bar is nice and king size bed was great. Bathroom was very clean. But unfortunately the hot breakfast is only on weekends .
